HRVATSKE ZRAČNE SNAGE, Balkan War -- Mig-21

Le occasioni per effettuare dei reportage "operativi" purtroppo mi fu dato con varie opportunita', durante la Guerra nei Balcani. Ho ritovato queste foto dei Mig -21 della HRVATSKE ZRAČNE SNAGE appena nata come aeronautica militare Croata nel 1994.Questo report come i precedenti sono pillole di storia vera accaduta molto vicino ai nostri confini.

Ricordo di aver visto un MIG croato orbitare a bassa quota sulla città di Rovigno per circa un'ora, per la mia gioia mentre ero in spiaggia.

Im not sure but all these photos are from Pula airbase and one "two seat" Mig 21 no195 is pictured in Zemunik/Zadar , Mig 21 is still our only fighter aircraft we are waiting them from remont in Ukraine,here is picture of remonted Mig 21 from Odessa, you can also see new color scheme ...

Nice picture Jester... But in this livery the Mig 21 appears a little less "Russian" than the old Livery! ;)

Claudio, le tue monografie sono a dir poco spettacolari. Per fortuna ci sei tu che ampi notevolmente i miei orizzonti.
Non ne ho mai visto uno volare di persona però... peccato, un vero peccato!

Questo aereo fa paura, praticamente è un motore con le ali e le sue prestazioni non potevano che essere paragonate allo spillone.

I like the new paint scheme also ,this is NATO standard gray scheme , previous were old cold war EURO-1 camouflage schemes (2003-2013/14) before that (1991-2003) as we can see on your pictures paint schemes were various not standardized
